Professor Dr. Munazza Nazir  is currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Medicine at AJK Medical College, Muzaffarabad, and SKBZH/CMH Medical Department. She graduated MBBS degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical College, Lahore in 1992, completed FCPS in Medicine in 2011, and earned a Diploma in Health Professions Education (DHPE) from Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University.in 2023.With over 30 years of clinical, academic, and research experience, she has authored 27 publications and is actively supervising FCPS-II postgraduate trainees alongside undergraduate medical teaching. She has a special interest in medical education and is particularly dedicated to enhancing communication skills among young doctors to strengthen doctor–patient trust. Recently elected as Chapter Head AJK of the Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine (PSIM), he is committed to promoting excellence in internal medicine, research, and professional development in the region.
