Prof. Tariq Waseem

Head department of medicine at Saleem Memorial Hospital Lahore. Previously he has been Professor of Medicine at King Edward Medical University and Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore. His areas of interest include cardiometabolic disorders, preventive and rehabilitation cardiology, and echocardiography. He has supervised more than 50 post-graduate trainees for FCPS medicine. He has published 50 + original research articles in various national and international  medical journals. He travels extensively to presents papers in international meetings.

He is Fellow of college of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, Royal College of Physicians London,  Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine.
