Prof. Khalid Mahmud Khan

Professor Khalid Mahmud khan MRCP, FCPS,FPSIM, FRCP (uk)as we call him has an impressive background, with over 28 years of experience in the field of medicine. He has served in both Ireland and top-notch institutes in Pakistan. His contributions to the field of medicine are truly remarkable. He is currently professor of medicine at Allama Iqbal medical college/ Jinnah hospital Lahore and is actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is a faculty member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and serves as an examiner at both levels.

 He is not only a founder member but also President of Lahore chapter.

 During the COVID-19 pandemic, he has served as a front-liner and demonstrated great courage and compassion in treating patients. His research contributions are equally impressive, with over 30 research articles published in local and international medical journals.

 Professor Khalid's social welfare contributions are commendable as he has worked extensively in the Dengue Expert Advisory Group to control the epidemic of Dengue in Punjab, Pakistan. He is also president Pakistan American Iqbalion welfare society
