Dr. Saman Shuja

Dr Saman Shuja Khan is a proud graduate of CMH Lahore Medical College, where her enduring passion for internal medicine gradually crystallized into a profound interest in nephrology. This journey was profoundly shaped by her rotation at the Dialysis Centre at CMH Lahore, under the mentorship of the esteemed Col Abdur Rehman Arshad, whose guidance played a pivotal role in cultivating her fascination with renal medicine. During her house job, she had the privilege of acquiring hands-on experience in nephrology—performing procedures such as TDL and DL insertions, assisting biopsies, managing patients undergoing dialysis, and exploring the vast clinical spectrum of renal disorders in the outpatient setting. These immersive clinical encounters not only enhanced her practical skills but also deepened her intellectual curiosity, compelling her to further explore the field through dedicated research.
